the 11 human-rights legal positions: prohibition of child labour; worst forms of child labour; forced labour/slavery; occupational-safety disregard; freedom of association; unequal treatment; withholding adequate wages; soil/water/air pollution; unlawful eviction (land rights); security-forces abuses; acts/omissions directly capable of impairing a protected position in a particularly serious manner (catch-all); plus §2(3) environmental obligations (Minamata mercury, Stockholm POPs, Basel waste exports)
