Art. 6 — MRV duties (obligations of sources) — (1) periodically measure and monitor GHG emissions; (2) maintain records of emissions and reductions (retention periods per implementing regs); (3) submit periodic reports to the competent authority (MOCCAE/local authorities); (4) verify reported data through accredited third-party verifiers; (5) implement emission reduction plans; (6) register on the NRCC (National Register for Carbon Credits) where applicable.
