What the product provides
Public pages explain EmpCo, its sources and EU-27 implementation research. Claim Review and private company research connect exact wording to evidence questions, source context and practical next actions.
Source and publication responsibility
Sources provide evidence and contributors add expertise. AI may help research and write entries without a mandatory human-editor gate. Checked sources, recorded uncertainty and publication controls still govern what changes in the public reference.
Evidence and citation
Legal explanations cite the relevant official text and show when the source was checked. Claim records keep their wording, scope, evidence state and source links. EU-level guidance and national implementation research remain visibly separate.
Scope
The current product covers three connected layers: Understand — EmpCo explanations, updates, EU-27 research, learning and the Sustainability Language dictionary; Review — exact wording, evidence questions and official EU source context; and Manage — private company cases with retained sources and versioned reports. Non-EU claim analysis is held for a later product stage.
Participation
Practitioners, researchers, standards specialists and affected communities can endorse a definition, suggest a precise edit or collaborate over time. Their contributions are visible where appropriate, but a suggestion never changes a public entry automatically.
Community, not crowd voting
Different kinds of experience matter. We invite people closest to the subject to identify missing context, changing practice and legitimate disagreement. Evidence and reasoning—not popularity—determine whether an entry changes.
Limit
An EU-level review leaves national treatment and company evidence for the responsible reviewer to check.

We are building a visible record of the expertise and constructive challenge that strengthens the portal over time.
